He is also the International Coordinator of Ministers Prayer Network (MPN), a prayer and leadership network of Christian leaders across the nations of the world. MPN hosts the annual International Ministers & Christian Leaders Prayer and Leadership Conference (Global Prayerquake) that is attended by 10,000-15,000 Christian leaders. He was formerly Traveling Secretary of the Scripture Union for approximately ten years.
Rev. Madugba is a much sought-after teacher and conference leader and has been a featured speaker at gatherings worldwide. His ministry has taken him to over sixty countries including numerous locations in the United States. The current ministry focus is primarily in the areas of prayer, spiritual warfare and missions. In addition to conferences and speaking engagements, Rev. Madugba conducts training in classroom-type forums. These include The West African School of Missions (WASOM) in Port Harcourt, which provides training to intending missionaries at both the certificate and diploma levels. With the 2005 establishment of Global Harvest Missions, Inc., Rev. Madugba's assignment has expanded to include operational level training in the United States. This is largely accomplished through conferences, specialized classroom instruction and on-site, practical application. The long-term objective is to train and equip an army of "dread warriors" for the Church across America. See the Global Harvest Missions Ministry Overview for more information on ministry focus and activities.
Rev. Madugba is a widely read author. U.S. activity is coordinated through the previously mentioned Global Harvest Missions, Rev. Madugba's American affiliate headquartered in Melbourne, FL. Among its many activities, the ministry hosts an annual conference in March. Florida Prayerquake 2007 will be led by Rev. Madugba and will include guest speakers Pastor Ken Malone of Lighthouse World Outreach and Transformation Florida in Davenport, FL and J. Lee Grady, editor of Charisma Magazine and founder of The Mordecai Project. In addition, two Brevard County pastors will minister this year; Tim Franklin of Freedom Christian Center in Viera and Roger Hackenberg of Hope Community Fellowship in Titusville. The ministry also conducted the initial School of Prayer and Spiritual Warfare in June 2006 and a women's conference in September of that year.
