"This is the first time in 300 years ... that we have come together for one purpose and one destiny, and I am glad it is God's Word that has brought us together!" These words were spoken to the crowd by the Lolobi Paramount Chief as the chiefs and people from both sides of the mountain range celebrated the dedication of the Siwu New Testament. Even rain and wind could not dim the excitement as chiefs from both Akpafu and Lolobi pledged themselves to support the reading of God's Word in the Siwu-speaking communities.

Two days previously, the Selee New Testament was dedicated with rejoicing, dancing and the firing of muskets to show the formal acceptance of the New Testament by the Selee chiefs. Thanks, everyone, for your prayers. We hope to have pictures once Andy gets back in mid-May! (Kate & Mary fly home on Monday, the 20th of April.)
